1. Agreement

By using CareTotal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

CareTotal provides care management software on a subscription basis. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are per location, per month, excluding VAT. We do not charge setup fees. You may cancel at any time with no exit fees.

4. Data ownership

Your data remains yours. You may export all your data at any time in standard formats. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into the system.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

6. Liability

CareTotal is a tool to support care delivery. It does not replace clinical judgement. We are not liable for decisions made based on information in the system.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
